Spray adhesive would be a good start contact cement would also work.

The frame is slightly smaller in both dimensions than the laminated poster.
I would normally use oateys primer and cement on pvc but i am worried about the fumes staying in the rope and being toxic for the cats.
I would like to glue the poster to this frame and hang the frame on the wall.
